“After years of practicing medicine in various cities across the Midwest, I’m excited to call the Upper Peninsula home and work alongside the great staff at UP Health System. It has always been my philosophy to treat my patients the way I would want myself and my family to be treated; I believe doing so leads to better patient outcomes and satisfaction.”
Dr. Cable joins cardiothoracic surgeons Daniel De Oliveira, MD, as well as Bryan Harris, NP, Kristin Parrish, PA-C, Stacie Powers, PA-C, and will work closely with UP Health System’s team of cardiologists to determine surgical appropriateness and establish follow-up care.

He brings the latest clinical resources and leadership experience to our world-class group of heart specialists within UP Health System,” said Gar Atchison, CEO and Market President of UP Health System.
