With fall comes delicious fall snacks – but making the right eating decisions can be difficult and overwhelming. UP Health System – Portage Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Taylor Paul, is here to help guide you and your family to a healthier lifestyle. This week, Taylor is sharing an easy Fall Flavor Trail Mix filled with nutritious food.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- ½ cup maple granola
- 1/3 cup dried apples
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
This might be the easiest recipe yet – place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together. Once finished, fill your bowl and enjoy!
